:: meditation ::

I am practising Rinpoche  Chinese Setrap meditation recently since my cousin, Evelyn and her husband, Hoi gifted us Kechara guided prayer set. Its considers a type of mind-body complementary medicine, produces a deep state relaxation and transquil of mind. During the mediation, we would focus attention and eliminate the stream of jumble thoughts that may be crowding our mind and causing stress. This process results in enhanced physical and emotional well-being.

the set comes with Chinese and pin-yin guided prayer book + instuctional DVD + Setrap tsa tsa

IKEA waved ratan seat for my practising
