I would say this May is an occasion month for us; dad-in-law's birthday, Dean's cousin wedding, SHE's day and HE's day [Mother's day + Father's Day], hubby's birthday and etc are queeing in. Before that, I would like to show your this lil' bamboo furniture set which Dean bought from his Chengdu business trip. They are so cute and thiny.
:: afternoon ::We were surprised to see this mahjong titans birthday cake which could effectively tell my dad-in-law's hobby. So this time for real he could stuff himself with the titans.

I have never try to make a cookie before until yesterday night. I have been craving for peanut cookie lately even though I personally no keen on this crispy thingy ever. So I dare myself to give it a try. I wonder why chocolate and coffee flavors always the key ingredient for me to pick and Mocha Chocolate Chips cookies are here.
I have not mastered adjusting my oven temperature yet. It is easier to adjust my mom's oven temperature than mine one.

Actually I know summer is upon us very soon because all of sudden I am in the mood for dresses. All I want to bare my legs and to wear short pants + strappy sandals. I have to admit I am a summer girl although winter is comfortable. But bear in mind, I am a girl that grew up in South East countries, Malaysia so I have no sense of dressing myself in winter. You could see me a winter geek.
I am going to pep up Monday blues at work. Cool ya...

Happy Mother's Day to all the mom! It always hitting me the day when Mini M gifted me his DIY greeting card or cake or just a hug. Not the expensive gift neither luxury meal but the idea of figuring my loves.Talking back to my mom, she is the greastest woman that I would respect and learn from. The woman who gives me life, teach my right from wrong and literally cleaned up after me and love me no matter what, can be daunting. I love you, mom.

Happy Birthday to my hubby! Dean's birthday is just a day after Mother's Day. I do not really want to tell how old he turns to but a figure does not mean for a man. Though it is his birthday, I would wish him a happy one and to say he is the greatest hubby I have ever asked for.
